Over 160 restaurants in North Texas are set to serve prix fixe meals during the 30th Annual DFW Restaurant Week from Aug.
10 to Sept. 7. Reservations opened on July 16 and proceeds will benefit North Texas Food Bank and Lena Pope.

Flix Brewhouse in Frisco earned a gold medal at the U.S. Open Beer Championship — its Cumbersome Blonde won in the Field Beer category, setting a record of 17 medals for the chain.
Head Brewer Matt Bullen led the team to surpass last year's total of 16 medals.
