Flytrex is testing a new drone delivery system that uses restaurant rooftops to stage aircraft before orders; a Capriotti’s on the Frisco-Little Elm border is among the first sites.

SMU expert Shane Goodwin says more companies will shift incorporation from Delaware to Texas to save costs and reduce legal fees (with Delaware charging up to $250,000 a year).

Hunt Sports Development has partnered with Peak Curated Development and Venu Holding Corporation to add an entertainment district to Toyota Stadium, featuring a 290-room boutique hotel, convention space and flexible live entertainment venues.
Construction will begin in 2027 on Toyota Stadium's east side in Frisco.
