About this event
Congregation Shearith Israel’s Music Committee Presents a Hanukkah Concert featuring the Y-studs. Join us for this year’s Y-Studs Hanukkah Concert! Y-Studs A Cappella is an all-male Jewish vocal group founded at Yeshiva University in 2010 that has grown from a college club into a professional ensemble. They are known for viral music videos such as Evolution of Jewish Music and popular covers like Hashem Melech, totaling over 10 million online views and more than 36,000 YouTube subscribers. The group performs internationally across the U.S., Europe, South America, and Canada, as well as at private events including bar mitzvahs and dinners. Comprised of students and young professionals, they focus on energetic, meaningful arrangements that blend Jewish themes with universal appeal.
